Perfect location to visit the golf course, Embarcadero to do some shopping or simply just stroll around the peaceful neighborhood. This house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a garage that is accessible to guests. Bikes and Kayaks located in the garage are to be used at the renters discretion. WiFi is also included. Bring your family and friends to a home that you'll love and never want to leave. Non-smoking. NO PETS PERMITTED.

    A perfect location and an architecturally lovely property in a town and geographic area pleasing in a hundred ways.
    That said, maintenance of the home evidently has not been the equal. To wit: rusted patio furniture with torn or missing covers; dead batteries for igniting the fireplaces, deficient instructions for their utilization, non-functional fireplace ignitions and unrepaired rooftop vents; numerous blown or broken light bulbs; rickety dining room chairs needing simple maintenance ([tighten bolts] or replacement; worn out flapper valve in downstairs toilet; non-functional hotwater heater needing routine maintenance, then repair; shopworn kitchen utensils and small appliances.; sheets were threadbare and ill-fitting. These things vary from the mundane to the quite significant (such as the non-working fireplaces and hotwater heater) often relatively minor, but their attention and repair often required our presence in the home.
    The saving grace was the receptivity and prompt responses from the property management company. We can't speak highly enough for the attentive, responsive service they provided in co-ordinating repairs, etc. from the local service providers. We'd give them six stars if we could.
